In order to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest, we will NOT repair items marked as deficient in our home inspection reports for a period of at least 12 months from the date of inspection.

Additionally, for a small fee, we offer ideas and recommendations to improve child safety around your home. This inspection takes about an hour.
